My key hobby is prepare homemade Haitian food. I also like to test new food from different cultures.

When I was back in Haiti, I had a restaurant. Now in Canada, I would like to give the opportunity to other people to test my delicious and original  creole food.

I want to share Haitian food with the world as it is one of the most delicious cuisine on earth.

My catering offers are lunch,special events such as Parties, Birthdays, Haitian Barbecue and Wedding anniversaries.
